Lovely lunch at Ran (also now going by the name of Ssam, it seems) Korean restaurant yesterday. Delicious haemultang (seafood soup) with amazing fresh ingredients; gorgeous-looking kimchi bokeum bap (fried rice with an egg on top); samgupsal (belly pork which comes fresh to the table and is then barbecued at the table, and wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves with sauce); and all the side dishes of marinated and pickled vegetables...
